| JOB QUALIFICATIONS: | Valid Arizona teaching certificate, special education certification required, career/technical background preferred |
| JOB DESCRIPTION: | Oversee, develop and facilitate transition program for students with disabilities. |
| DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: | Orchestrate transition planning with students, YTP staff, parents, school district personnel, related support services and appropriate adult services, providing peer mentoring and advocacy to students with disabilities. |
